The Q2 seat upgrade is designed specifically for conditioning valves that are exposed to erosion damage due to frequent cycling. It reduces maintenance time by providing a quick-exchange seat replacement, lowering both downtime and associated costs. This upgrade enhances the maintainability of VLB and VLR valves with hard-faced seat and plug, an enhanced fixed cage, and an optimised plug design.

Upon replacement, the seat can be removed using the included seat removal tool, while the compression tool ensures proper compression of the seat and bonnet packings.
